What is Laser Game

Laser Game is a team game that engages everyone who is playful at heart and yearns for adventure. The game introduces a brilliant symbiosis of fun, exercise, and adrenaline while it can be enjoyed by children and adults as well. In contrast with the popular game of paintball there is no dirt, pain or dropping out after getting shot. In this unique game you have unlimited lives and ammunition so everyone can enjoy it until the end. Trust us, you will not be bored!

 

One game generally lasts 12 minutes and is intended for 4 to 16 players from 8 years of age. A general rule applies that the more players there are, the more fun it gets. Before the beginning of the game, our professional team will bring you into the briefing room to inform you about the rules, help you with vests and explain the use of the system. It is up to you to divide into one or more teams and choose a version of the game. Dressed in a special vest and equipped with our system that uses the newest hi-tech technology you will enter the labyrinth. In order for you to get into cover and the best shooting position there are strategically positioned obstacles and interactive components. And what is the goal of Laser Game or laser paintball? The same as in every game - winning! As a bonus you will leave our center with large dose of adrenaline and fun.

During Laser Game you can win in two ranks - as a winning team and as the best player. After the game ends you will also receive results overview. But wait! Laser weapon

State of the art laser weapon as if directly from a sci-fi movie or a PC game.
 

Double laser effect

Anytime during the game the player can switch from a narrow laser beam - sniper, or a wide beam - shotgun. Exactly as in PC games!

Vibration module
We let players know when they get hit.

Optical trigger

Trigger uses internal optical sensor that guarantees comfortable shooting.

Comfortable grip

Constructed for player from 8 years of age for optimal comfort during game.

Front and rear speaker

Loud front speaker send clean sound of a shot directed to the opponent. Rear speaker provides messages during the game as well as various audio sounds that bring the player deeper into the adrenaline fun.

 

Optical arm sensor

Automatically detects if you are holding the weapon with both hands which increases safety. So if you want to shoot you have to use your free hand to grip the weapon in front of the gun under the sensor.

 

This function can be deactivated, useful for example for people with disability.

Functional buttons

Space World laser weapon contains two functional buttons which functions are as follows:

 

Button 1:
Players can change virtual weapons anytime during game play.
- Phaser (narrow beam for short and long range)

- Blaster (wide beam for short range, shotgun)

- AW50 (very effective weapon)

- Zombie bite

Various weapons are used during different games. (See Game variations)

 

Button 2:
Enables the player to load ammunition when necessary in a game variation

Display shows different information during the game:

 

  • First line shows your name
  • Underneath is an information panel that shows useful information during the game (honestly, there is no time for that, you have to shoot :)
  • Score shows current points you scored
  • In lower left corner you find which weapon is chosen at the time
  • Shield graph indicates the amount of shield left before you get shot

Leather vest

Leather vest

Designed so it suits players from 8 years of age and brings the impression of a space warrior. The vest is extremely durable against impact and any odors.

 

Polycarbonate sensor casing

Casing is so resistant that you can run it over by a car. The Vest may seem heavy, however, it is not so and you will not even notice it during game play.

The vest contains four sensors:

  • front
  • back
  • two on shoulders. 

Sensors can flash, gradually or immediately switch off depending on the mode they are in.

Six colors enables up to 6 pairs since we have 12 weapons. Super bright LED diodes work depending on the mode they are in.

 

Adjustable waistband

Adjustable waistband is set up so it suits all players and all ages. It does not matter if you take your 8 year old child or you are a sumo wrestler! The buckle on the band provides easy and quick fastening.

Different games may enable the usage of shield on the vest. In other words, the more shield you have, the more hits you will need to receive to actually get hit and to be disengaged from the game for a few seconds.

Generally, however, the lower the shield the more dynamic the game is, the larger the shield the more tactical it is. That is why it is only up to you and your mood to choose which variant is for you.

Laser Game Maze

Unique space labyrinth with an area of 350 m2, with it's strategically placed obstacles and interactive components guarantees maximum fun. And watch out, the space labyrinth is absolutely flexible, thus you should not rely on your favorite camping or shooting places, they might not be there during your next visit.

Base stations

Bases have various function based on the game variation that is in progress, for example:

Territories:  Players shoot at the base and thus claim it, the whole team receives points for keeping the base occupied.

Upgrades: Once the internal target is flashing yellow and a player shoots it he receives a weapon or shield improvement.
 

Energy gate

Energetic gate also behaves depending on the game mode:

Traffic light: When red is indicated and you run through the gate you will be disengaged from the game for a few seconds. If the green light shines you can run through.  If you shoot the target you can change the color from red to green and open the gate.

Respawn: Certain games require reviving a player after he is shot. All you need is to stand under the game to continue playing.

Game level: Beginner

The standard game type with two weapons.

Players have unlimited ammunition and lives, however the shield is not activated. Hence, one hit is enought to tag out the opposite player.

 

Players are divided into two or more teams, and must move around the arena tagging players of the other colour. Since there is no shield, the results is a much faster game.

ONE SHOT NEGATIVE is variation of ONE SHOT.

 

Players have unlimited ammunition and lives, however the shield is not activated. Hence, one hit is enought to tag out the opposite player.

 

Players are divided into two or more teams, and must move around the arena tagging players of the other colour. Since there is no shield, the results is a much faster game.

 
Since the negative points and friendly fire is ON, you have to be wary of the enemy, but also your teammates, who accidentally shot at you .

AGENTS ONE SHOT

Type of game: Special

Game level: Intermediate

Agents One Shot is one of the most popular games.

 
All players start on one team (Blue), and spread out into the arena. Shortly after the game begins, a small percentage of players are randomly selected and changed to red team. They are then given 50 points for every 5 seconds that they remain red.
 
Red players can tag blue players in an effort to defend themselves, but if a blue player tags a red one, they “steal” the red colour. The red player will switch back to blue and cease earning points, while the blue player will become red and start earning points. The game continues to play until the time limit is reached, the player who remains red for the longest will earn the most points and win.
 
Since the shield is not activated, all it takes is one tag to steal the coveted red colour.
 
This speeds up gameplay and makes the game even more exciting.

GLADIATORS

Type of game: Individual

Game level: Advanced

Gladiators is a level-based free-for-all battle.
 
In Gladiators, all players begin Green coloured. Players will level up to new colours by earning points for tagging players and Wall Targets.
 
As players progress through the levels, they will be able to shoot faster and have an upgraded shield, but they must be careful as they are worth more points to other
players!
 
The levels are as follows:

600 Points:     Level 2 (blue)           - shield 110

TERRITORIES

Type of game: Team game

Game level: Advanced

Territories is a base style game, where play revolves around capturing and holding bases more than tagging the opposition.
 
All bases start the game “neutral”, and can be tagged by players. Once tagged, a base station will issue points for every 10 seconds it is owned to every player on the team that owns it.
 
For example, if red team captures a base station, they will all get 15 points every 10 seconds. If they capture another base, this will go up to 30 points every 10 seconds.
 
Players will get only 20 points for tagging each other, thus, the majority of points will come from holding base stations.
 
The game is won by the team with the most points at the end of the round.
 
Arena Components use the Territories configuration – Bases are capturable, and Wall Targets and Energy Gates use basic functions.

GOLDEN HERO

Type of game: Special - individual

Game level: Intermediate

Steal the Juggernaut suit, and become the most powerful player in the arena.
 
All players start on one team (Green), and spread out into the arena. Shortly after the game begins, a small percentage of players are randomly selected and changed to Gold team. They are then given a special shield upgrade, and the rapid fire bonus.
 
Gold players can tag Green players in an effort to defend themselves, but if a Green player tags a Gold one, they “steal” the Gold colour. The Gold player will switch back to Green and be given their regular weapons back, while the Green player will become Gold and become more powerful.
 
The game continues to play until the time limit is reached, the player who has earned the most points will win.
 
Arena Components will use the Delta Tag configuration.

ZOMBIES

Type of game: Special

Game level: Intermediate

The infectious gameplay of Zombies makes it a party favourite – How long will you survive?
 
All players start on the Red Team and very soon after the game starts, several players switch to the Green Team (zombies). The zombies can be killed by the Red Team, and must then stand in front of any arena component to get respawned.
 
When a zombie kills a Red player, the Red player will switch to the Green Team. Once all players are Green, the game will cycle, turning everyone Red, and reselecting some players to be Green (at random).
 
Survive the longest to score the most points!
 
All Arena Components are used as Zombie Respawn Points.

Hunter Ammo is game based on AW50 gun.
 
Players use a very slow firing, but powerful (one shot tag) weapon, and must hunt down the other players and tag them without getting tagged themselves.
 
The trick to this game is tagging the opponent on the first shot – with the 5 second delay between shots, there isn’t time for another.
 
Furthermore, players must remember to reload between each shot, and manage their ammunition levels, least they run out of ammunition in the middle of a battle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum and maximum number of players?

Minimum number of players for a single game is 4, maximum is 16. Generally, the more players, the more fun. There are also some limitations for special Laser Game packages.

How long does one game of Laser Game last?

One game generally lasts 12 minutes. In case of the special All inclusive package, the game time will be set up as needed so everyone will enjoy it thoroughly.

How many games are ideal?

It depends on how fit you are, age and your liking :) Kids can enjoy even up to 7 games, some players are happy with just 2. We can recommend 2 or 3 games from our experience.

What is the minimum age for us to be able to play?

Entertainment center Space World is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age. Children younger than 12 years need to come accompanied by their legal guardian older than 18.

What to wear and what shoes to take?

It is preferred to wear something dark so you are not visible in the labyrinth, however, it is not a rule. It is just fun. The important thing is to have enclosed shoes, preferably sport shoes. We advise to bring a spare shirt, towel and deodorant.

Can laser damage eyesight?

Our system is certified for European market. Laser will not damage your eyesight, their output is lower than 1mW and the length of exposition is shorter than 25ms. Your eye protects itself against this type of exposure.

How can we pay?

In Space World you can pay cash, credit card(Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners), Benefit Plus program, and also an invoice is available in case of a larger event.

Can we find some refreshments in your establishment?

Our space cafe provides various options to drink, from tanked Kofola, various soft drinks to delicious coffee and tanked beer. You can order pizza or buy small sweet refreshments.

Do you have a dressing room and lockers?

In order for you to feel comfortable in our establishment we have a dressing room ready and lockers with a PIN code you set up.
